International Orders
Due to varying international shipping regulations, direct international shipping availability may be limited. Customers outside the primary shipping region may choose to use an independent freight forwarder. If selecting this option, place your order as usual and enter the address provided by your freight forwarding service. Once the package is in transit with the freight-forwarding address, thecandlewaxes.com cannot assume responsibility for customs delays, import regulations, or any transit-related issues that arise beyond the forwarding point.
Delivery Practices

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order, but please note that the responsibility for delivery performance, package handling during transit, and final receipt lies with the carrier once the parcel has left our facility.

Because candle waxes and related materials are sensitive to quality and contamination concerns, all sales through thecandlewaxes.com are generally considered final. This includes waxes, additives, colorants, and similar products once delivered. However, we want you to receive what you ordered.
If an item is missing from your order or an incorrect product was shipped, the issue must be identified and reported in a timely manner following delivery.
